Overview

Bax Group extends a 30 days refund and returns period to our users. We cannot entertain any of your refunds and return requests after 30 days have passed. 

In case of any return or refund, the products must comply with specific guidelines mentioned in this policy. The products must be unused and in the same condition, it is received. 

This policy exempts certain products from the return and refund criteria. Also, you need a receipt or proof of purchase. In certain cases, partial refunds are granted. Bax Group reserves full rights to verify the return or refund request. When our specialized team approves your request, you will be notified about the progress of your request. 

Refunds

In case of refund requests, Bax Group will verify your request. We will notify the users after receiving your return and its inspection. A mail will be delivered to you informing you whether your request is approved or rejected. 

If your refund request is accepted, your amount will be credited automatically within a particular time duration. In case of rejection of your refund request, the process will end after receiving the mail. 

Returns

In case of any returns, you can visit our website and submit the refund form. Once we receive your refund request, we will notify you about the return of the product, and a new product will be delivered to you. Bax Group is not liable to pay for any shipping costs related to the return process.

Shipping costs are termed as the non-refundable amount. Any amount paid during the refunds will be given after deducting the shipping charges.

You can also choose a trackable returns process for returning expensive products. The return process will take time-based on the environmental changes and destination obstructions. Bax Group does not guarantee to receive your returned products.
